Made from ethically raised Ontario pork, seasoned with salt and pepper and dry oven roasted so it is ready to slice and serve after heating. A traditional Italian main dish for your Festive Meal Kit. • 1 Longo's Festive Porchetta (approx. 1.4kg)
• 1 Longo's Curato Crushed Hot Chili Pepper Spread (190mL)
• 1 Longo's Braised Green Beans with Tomato and Garlic Entree Size(450g)
• 1 Longo's Mini Red and White Roasted Rosemary Potatoes Entree Size(500g)
• 1 Longo's Grilled Vegetables Entree Size (355g)

Porchetta Heat and Carve: Place porchetta in a roasting pan and cook at 325F for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly hot (160F). Ovens may vary in temperature. Remove, carve and serve. Heating options for stovetop, microwave and smoker also provided. Sides: Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds or until thoroughly hot. OR Heat on stovetop on high for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly hot.
